I've never sketched before at an Art Museum, probably because I felt inferior to all the art around me. But I had a really good time looking at the incredible art collection that Dartmouth has- I mean, I never thought I'd see a Picasso in the Upper Valley...but there it was-
They also had a Thomas Cole (I'm a sucker for the Hudson River School...wow, that was the snobbiest thing I've ever said) and my favorite painting was this by Marie Antoinette's official portrait painter, who was female!
